Mentally Tough It Out Through the Feasting Season
My business partner and mentor, Steve Siebold, in his column in INSPYR: Live Better, lists 7 ways to stick it out nutritionally, through the holiday feasting season and remained unscathed by the weight gain monster.
Steve’s tips are:
1) Surround yourself with supportive friends (not the ones that try to make you feel guilty for eating right)
2)It’s okay to say, “NO” – be polite, but politely decline
3)Focus on your vision of your healthy and fit self
4)Have a plan prior to going to the feast
5)100% compliance -No amount of cheating is okay
6)Get specific with yourself and your goals
7)Absolutely NO EXCUSES
